The
new Wilson Public Library was dedicated in December of 1997. The
12,000 sq. ft. facility opened its doors to
the pubic in February, 1998.
The public library in Cozad has a rich history of growth and expansion.
The library has changed from the early
years when the Cozad Women's Club started the first library in 1917 in
a small room upstairs at 746 Meridian.
The library currently has 38,000 books, 650 videos, 725 audio cassette
tapes, 55 Audio CD's, 62 magazines, 8 newspapers, and a
technology center. The technology center has 6 public access computers
with Internet access. We also have 3
computers that are dedicated card catalog computers and 2 computers used
at the circulation desk to check items
in and out. There are 3 computers in the children's department with 35
CD's available for the kids to use.

September-May June-August
Monday-Thursday 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
Monday - Thursday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Friday
10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Friday
10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Saturday
